What services does AWAYO Lab offer?

We are an experiential hospitality studio. We develop our own ventures — camps, resorts, and retreats — and work with selected operators, developers, and landowners to build hospitality concepts worth experiencing. From the first idea to opening day.

Who do you work with?

Hospitality operators, hoteliers, landowners, real estate developers, and investors who want to build something that stands out. We are selective about the projects we take on — quality over quantity.

Do you only advise or do you also build?

Both. AWAYO® LAB is a studio, but AWAYO® is also a builder. We develop and operate our own camps, resorts, and retreats — and bring that hands-on experience to every client project.

How long does a typical project take?

A brand identity or concept sprint takes 4–8 weeks. A full concept development, cabin delivery, or site build typically takes 3–6 months. We scope every project individually before committing to timelines.

Where are you based and do you work internationally?

We are based in Munich and operate across Europe — with active projects in Germany and Austria, and an expanding network across the continent.

Can we order a single cabin or do we need a full concept?

In select cases, yes. Through AWAYO® Invest we co-develop and invest in hospitality real estate we believe in. If you have a site or concept worth looking at, we want to hear about it.
