GROTESKS is a family of hotel-grade prefabricated cabins designed from the ground up for hospitality — where Scandinavian simplicity, minimalism and craftsmanship merge into a single guest experience. Developed in collaboration with a Danish hospitality architect whose work spans boutique hotels across Europe, each cabin is purpose-built to bring the comfort of a well-designed hotel room into a natural setting without compromising either. The signature detail is the window placement. Deliberately positioned at different heights — to frame the view whether you are standing, sitting, or lying in bed — GROTESKS creates a see-through effect that draws the surrounding landscape into every corner of the interior. The space consistently feels larger from the inside than it appears from the outside. Built using CLT timber and upcycled production offcuts, with a charred wood exterior that weathers beautifully over time. No foundation required. Delivered fully furnished and ready to welcome guests. Available off-grid for remote sites without utility connections.
