KROMA is a modular CLT villa system built for nature tourism operators who want to create something permanent without building from scratch. Each unit arrives in three prefabricated modules, is lifted onto a minimal pre-installed foundation, and is operational within days. Two configurations, one system. As a hospitality product, each module houses three independently rentable suites — two studios and one larger suite — arranged in a U-shape that gives every room its own view while maintaining full privacy between guests. As a single house, the same volume becomes a complete residence for up to six people, with two bedrooms, kitchen, living area, bathroom, and sauna, with the U-shape creating a private courtyard between the sleeping areas. CLT exterior cladding blends into forested and lakeside settings. Warm natural materials and stained timber inside create an atmosphere of quiet luxury that works year-round.
